How do I measure my windows for custom curtains?
To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend measuring the width of your rod or track and the desired length from the top of the rod to where you want the curtain to end. Detailed measurement guides are available on each product page.
What is the standard production time for custom orders?
Most custom curtains are handcrafted and ready to ship within 7-10 business days. Transit time typically takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer fabric samples before I place a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering our fabric swatch books. This allows you to see the true color, texture, and light-filtering properties in your own home before committing to a custom size.
What is the difference between blackout and room-darkening linings?
Blackout linings block 99-100% of incoming light and provide thermal insulation, while room-darkening linings reduce about 70-85% of light, maintaining a soft glow while ensuring privacy.
Can I return or exchange custom-made curtains?
Because custom curtains are made to your specific measurements, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please double-check your measurements and specifications before ordering.
Are your curtains machine washable?
Care instructions vary by fabric. Most of our linen and velvet curtains are dry clean only to maintain their shape and texture, while some polyester blends are machine washable on a delicate cycle.
